Image Viewing Control - Window Level - Zoom - Magnify, it can even Convert DICOM images locally to a JPEG or a BMP By simply selecting the "export" command on the viewers desktop. The software then sends the converted Image(s) to any folder you wish, where it can be used by any program that accepts standard JPEG or BMP images.
